Super Eagles Land In Ndola, Train Ahead Of Crucial Clash Against Zambia

Nigeria’s senior national team safely arrived Ndola on Saturday afternoon ahead of Sunday’s 2018 World Cup clash with Zambia. The Nigerian delegation arrived in the Zambia city by 12pm local time after being airborne for 4 hours and 20 minutes from the Nnamdi Azikwe Stadium, Abuja via a chartered Arik Air flight. The Super Eagles had left Nigeria on Saturday morning and were warmly received by the Minister of Youth and Sports, Solomon Dalung and Nigerian community in Ndola.The team also had a training session ahead of the Sunday’s clash with an evening training session as the player had a feel of the hosts’ venue. The match scheduled to hold at the Levy Mwanawasa stadium will kick off by 1:30pm Nigerian time.
